Although the key narrative driving the book was interesting, the oral histories were repetitive and there was not enough context on the political economy of China for someone not already intimately familiar with the situation of the Chinese working class. So probably not most effective for the target audience Haymarket was shooting for (and also had some formatting/translation issues in my opinion).
